When it comes to fine art prints on paper, we only uses archival Epson Ultra Chrome Pro inks and a choice of 3 museum-grade, acid-free, cotton rags. Calibrated Eizo monitors display an accurate on-screen representation of how the print will appear in real life while custom ICC profiles guarantee the best rendition of the artwork always rolls off the printer.
Ilford Smooth Cotton Rag is the perfect printing choice when crisp detail is the desired outcome. The 100% cotton, fourdrinier-made rag paper is ultra-smooth and includes no optical brighteners for a clean, matt surface. High colour consistency and gamut with core image stability completes the package for premium fine art printing.

FRAMES

Australian made, done the right way. Natural, acid-free materials. We use solid wood frames wherever possible, only from local, sustainable sources. All of the backing boards and mat boards are acid-free. We avoid MDF or any other type of reconstituted materials.

Shipping

Free shipping on all fine art within Australia.
Within Australia: orders for Print only, we expect delivery time of 2 weeks, for Framed Prints 3-6 weeks.
International shipping is price on application (POA).
We cannot deliver packaged items over 100cm to Post Office boxes.
All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Jody Keen Art is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel).
All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow 3-4 weeks production time.

Returns

Please choose carefully before placing your order! We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made.

Damaged Claims

If your order arrives damaged during the journey, Jody Keen Art will replace the item with the same as your original order.
Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.
Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.
